CSIR’s Exam unit has now made available the registration list of candidates for upcoming June 2015 exam of CSIR NET. However, some NET aspirants may be unable to recall their form number.
They can still get their Application form number and save to print it by going through the following link.

When you click on View/Print Application form, you would be able to retrieve your application form using your registered email address and the date of birth.
